Founder
Enrique Agustin Monroy Meda: Founder and Director Enrique is a passionate IT professional, author, and entrepreneur with a vision for creating impactful technology solutions. With a background in SAP systems and a career at IBM, Enrique brings expertise in innovation, leadership, and collaboration to SCI. His drive to make technology accessible stems from a lifelong commitment to learning and resilience.

Our Story
Streamline Core Initiative was born out of a desire to make technology more equitable. Inspired by the challenges faced by communities with limited internet access, Enrique Monroy Meda set out to create tools that could operate offline while addressing critical needs in education, business, and healthcare. Together with a small but passionate team, SCI aims to drive change by leveraging the power of open-source collaboration and global partnerships.
